SenseLive’s Energy Management System (EMS) provides real-time monitoring of energy parameters, predictive alerts, and anomaly detection to help industries reduce energy costs by 10–20% and improve power factor compliance. Its Water Management System (WMS) allows for continuous tracking of flow, consumption, and leakages, preventing wastage and reducing costs, especially in water-intensive industries. The Manufacturing Execution System (MES), tailored for wire drawing and allied industries, empowers shop floors with real-time production tracking, downtime analysis, and quality monitoring, helping SMEs move closer to Industry 4.0 standards without large-scale infrastructure investments.
With the support of DRISHTI CPS, IDT has established over 30 live installations and serves more than 25 enterprise clients across India. The startup has also conducted 12+ successful pilots in diverse sectors including automotive, FMCG, and heavy industries. IDT’s solutions are already deployed across major industrial clients. At CEAT Tyres, a full-scale WMS implementation is optimizing water usage. At Baidyanath, the system ensures compliance and reduces water wastage through real-time insights. Elkem India has adopted both EMS and WMS to monitor and improve its utility efficiency. Strategic collaborations with Quality Circle Forum of India (QCFI), ASSOMAC, and regional distributors in Madhya Pradesh, Gujarat, and Delhi are strengthening its reach and impact.
