MeitY GENESIS
EiR (Entrepreneur in Residence)
IITI DRISHTI CPS Foundation has been selected by MeitY startup hub to support startups under MeitY GENESIS scheme of Ministry of Electronics and IT. This initiative identifies, funds, and mentors deep-tech innovators to aid in their commercialization journey, transforming groundbreaking ideas into reality through commercialization by startup creation and/or technology licensing.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
Applicants must be full-time UG/PG students with entrepreneurial pursuits or founders/co-founders of DPIIT-registered startups (≤ 2 years old).
Applicant must not have received significant external funding (exceeding ₹10 lakh, including government grants and funding).
The EIR must be physically incubated at the IITI DRISHTI CPS Foundation after the selection.
This grant aims to nurture ideation-to-validation-stage startups by providing essential resources and support for their growth and development, especially for startups from Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities.
